From beach cottages to hillside homes above the coves, Laguna Beach has some of the most individual houses in the county. A good display starts by respecting that, and by planning how each one is reached.

Beach cottages
Small older cottages with low eaves, wood trim and deep character. A restrained warm-white outline and a lit entry suit them better than coverage, and the trim deserves clips rather than nails.
Hillside and canyon homes
Steep lots, long stairs and winding streets mean access is planned before anything else. The upper rooflines of these homes are often seen from far below, which is where a display gains presence.
Ocean-facing homes
Glass, decks and clean modern lines. Light is usually kept to the architecture, railings and planting, so it frames the view rather than competing with it.

    Request a quote

    Tell us about your property and what you'd like lit. We reply with a written quote that lists what's included and the price.

  2. 02Before installation

    Agree the design

    We confirm the rooflines, trees and entry to be lit, the light style, access to the property and an installation date that suits you.

  3. 03November to December

    Install and switch on

    The display goes up on the agreed date. Every run is tested and switched on before we leave.

  4. 04January

    Take it all down

    On a date agreed in advance, the lights, clips and cords come down and your property is left as we found it.
